What three words would your loved ones use to describe you?

Compassionate, Adventurous, Gullible

Finish this sentence: "When I was five, I was pretty sure I'd be __________ when I grew up."

A Gold-medal Olympic swimmer because I figured if I could beat my dad I was the fastest swimmer in the world!  It quickly switched to being a surgeon following in the footsteps of actor Chad Everett on Medical Center.  Reality – I became a Registered Nurse who still enjoys swimming.

What could we probably find you doing when you're not at the station?

In the winter, I’m by the fireplace, in the summer I’ll spend most of my time outdoors.  Camping with my husband and our dog is our latest hobby.  Getting together with family and friends is the cherry on top which usually involves eating & talking or playing games.

If you wrote a book about your life, what would the title be?

One Adventure After Another. Each chapter and season of my life has an adventure story of some sort.  

What is your favorite quote?

My most go to quote is from Jesus: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Matt 11:28-30 (NIV)

How would you describe your job to an alien who had no idea what you were talking about?

When I hear ringing, whistles, dings or bells it is a message to me to answer, respond or personally welcome whoever is needing help. (I assist in office duties.)
