Bentonville, AR — Circle of Life will host its annual Wave of Light Ceremony on Wednesday, October 15, at 6:45 p.m. at Orchard’s Park Pavilion, 1101 NE John Deshields Blvd, Bentonville. This remembrance event offers comfort and unity for families in our community who have experienced the heartbreaking loss of a child. Observed each year on October 15, the day is recognized across the United States as Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day. It is a time to honor babies lost through miscarriage, stillbirth, SIDS, or newborn death, while supporting grieving parents and families. The Wave of Light Ceremony unites people across the globe as candles are lit at 7:00 p.m. local time in every time zone. For 24 continuous hours, a chain of light circles the world, symbolizing love, remembrance, and hope for all children gone too soon. Locally, Circle of Life’s ceremony will include music, readings, candle lighting, and a memory walk. Families and friends are invited to gather, reflect, and remember the sons, daughters, siblings, and grandchildren who left too soon.
