About the Event

The Workmatters Forum is a quarterly gathering for NWA professionals to wrestle over critical topics for Christians in the workplace. Join us to connect, be inspired, and leave with a plan to make a difference where you are. This quarter, join us for a conversation with Steve Blair, Chief People Officer at Fulcrum Collective. Steve has held similar leadership roles at Island Ventures and Harvest Group, where he helped scale teams from 25 employees in a single office to more than 250 across four offices and two countries, while not just preserving a healthy culture, but meaningfully strengthening it. He is also the founder of Culture Collaborative and serves as Chair of the Workmatters Board. Steve is widely recognized in Northwest Arkansas and across the country as a leader in People and Culture. Drip coffee will be provided by Onyx Coffee Lab.
