Organization Information

Mission: Our mission is to awaken a culture of care for orphans and adoptive families through Christ centered support services and interventions.

About: Grace Haven was born after Tina and Randy Kacirek followed God's path for them in adoption. They soon discovered that adoptive families are often overwhelmed, misunderstood and isolated. They were given a vision of an organization that would both give families the support they need and educate the churches and community about how to serve these families. After meeting Waylon and Annie Martin, fellow adoptive parents who have had a similar vision placed on their hearts, we are beginning to bring that vision to life. We are currently preparing to move into the Center for Nonprofits in Rogers, to allow us a platform from which to serve others. Our long term vision is a large ranch, which will serve as a retreat center and Therapeutic safe haven for our families.

Services: Our goal is twofold: We aim to support families by wrapping them in counseling, crisis management, referrals to community resources, small group activities, respite and retreat activities, attachment activities for children and parents, and other activities to bring the community of adoptive families together.

We also seek to educate churches, schools, doctors and other community providers about how to support and serve adoptive families. When these partners, particularly churches, understand the effects trauma has on children, and issues facing our families, they can be an invaluable resource. We seek to prevent the pattern of overwhelmed parents isolating themselves from a community that does not understand them.

Volunteer opportunities: We are interested in finding a place to fit in for all who feel called to help with our cause.
