Volunteer opportunities: We always need volunteers!!! We have one fundraiser that we are currently doing in our area call the Man & Woman of the Year. It is a 10 week campaign where candidates from across the country engage in a spirited competition to become LLS's Man & Woman of the Year. We also do a Student of the Year. The candidates compete in honor of children who are local blood cancer survivors, the Boy & Girl of the Year. Every dollar counts, as titles are awarded to the man and woman who raise the most over a ten-week period; the top local fundraisers in the country win the national titles. We are looking to add more fundraising events in the upcoming year!!!
