About: Non-profit CCOA was created in 1995 by community leaders who had a vision for a financial education and counseling organization headquartered in NWA. Many of CCOA's services are free, paid for by grants from organizations such as the Rockefeller Foundation. CCOA is a member of the BBB with an A+ rating and is a United Way funded agency.
Services: Free budget, credit and debt counseling is available in person in Fayetteville, Fort Smith, Bentonville & Springdale, and also by phone & online, in English, Spanish & Marshallese. (CCOA is an HUD approved counseling agency that provides free home buying counseling & mortgage delinquency counseling).
