Will Justice Be Served Someday?

When people are wondering about being a person of faith, it’s common for that journey to focus on whether or not God exists and different perspectives on that.
But, another important consideration is justice. Will justice be served truly and ultimately? Will good actually overcome evil one day?
This is a matter of faith to be sure. In Psalm 73, the writer is praying his heart out about how it seems like everywhere he looks that evil is winning… that oppressors are going to just keep on being abusive and somehow profiting—seemingly being rewarded for egregious sin. He’s right to kick and scream about this, and God is right there with him and with us when we do.
Either justice will be served, wrongs will be made right on a divine scale or not. Where are you at on that?
The Psalmist rests—and I do, too—on faith that God will put an end to injustice and that any of us with even a speck of faith in Jesus will persevere through it to Heaven on Earth.
