NWA Second Stage Transition mission is to educate, empower, provide safety, and opportunities to individuals and family who want to restore a balance life and prevent the circle of addiction, homelessness, and domestic violence.

Tell us about your organization (how did it start, how is it run)?

The NWA Second Stage Transition, a Nonprofit Organization was founded by Cecelia K. Dorko in 2019 to bring awareness of domestic violence, sexual assaults, substance abuse, and homelessness in the Siloam Springs Community. The organization was established to empower, provide a safe environment and an emergence transitional home for battel women who have experienced homelessness situation due to domestic violence, dating violence, sexual aggression and/or drug and alcohol addiction. At the moment, the organization is offering a Day Services Monday-Friday (10a-4p).
