Mission:  Community Clinic’s mission is to serve as a medical home for our low income and uninsured neighbors in Northwest Arkansas, offering affordable, quality primary and preventive care in order to build a stronger and healthier community for all.

About:  The Community Clinic at St. Francis House was founded in 1989 by faith based community members who wanted to provide ministries of food, clothing and shelter to those in need in Northwest Arkansas. By 1994 the focus turned to providing health care in response to the overwhelming need for quality and affordable medical care for the uninsured.
In 1996, the Community Clinic accepted an invitation from Bernice Jones to move into the Jones Resource Center which provided a professionally equipped medical, dental and eye care facility. By 1998 Community Clinic was able to move beyond all-volunteer clinicians and hire full-time clinical and dental staff. Community Clinic provides a medical and dental home for more than 22,700 people. We are the safety net for Washington and Benton county residents who otherwise would have no access to medical and dental care, pharmacy and laboratory services. Community Clinic at St. Francis House is community owned.  Composition of the Board ensures that a majority of the directors are users of the services at the clinic.

Services:  The Community Clinic provides all sorts of medical, dental, prenatal, and pediatric services.

Pediatric -
We offer high quality pediatric services including early and periodic screening, diagnosis and treatment (EPSDT) “Well Child”, Sick-child care, and immunizations.  During well-child and adolescent visits we evaluate growth and development, discuss safety, nutrition, behavior and answer age-related questions.  Treating children at regular intervals is important in maintaining a child’s health into adulthood.  Parents are offered support and education opportunities to build a healthier home environment.  Community Clinic has bilingual staff to help patients and their families enroll in ARKids 1st.
